So posting everything I eat and it's corresponding calories is too time consuming for me. I'm changing it up and will be posting my weight and exercise daily. I'll also reflect on how I did calorie-wise for the day.
Weight: 136.4
Exercise: 30 minutes slow pace walking
I didn't do so well eating today. I'm not really sure what's been going on with me but I can't get enough sugar. I've never really craved anything (even while pregnant) but lately, sugar is my BFF. I'm hoping it will pass soon.
I am going to start waking up early to workout in the morning. I used to do this while I was following Weight Watchers a few years ago and I loved it. It made my morning so much more leisurely than they normally were. I'm looking forward to having that time to myself again. But I do have to keep chanting to myself "I will get up early and workout". Whatever it takes, right?!
