Weight: 137.2 Not as bad as I was expecting.
Exercise: Two 15-ish minute walks on my breaks at work. I was too tired to get up early and workout this morning. Tomorrow though, I'm going to be right back at it. I've been setting my workout clothes in the bathroom along with my cell phone so I have to get out of bed in order to turn it off.
I didn't eat so well today (or this past weekend). Apparently my cravings for sweets haven't quite left yet. I've got to get it under control before Halloween comes around. Though I did eat at least 3 servings of fruits and veggies.
I also noticed today that my negative internal dialogue seems to be pretty non-existent as of late, which has been amazing for my self confidence. If any of you are talking negatively to yourself, I suggest telling that voice to stuff it :)
