Exercise: 10 minutes Pilate's, 30 minutes on Gazelle.
*I actually did wake up at 5 and workout. I have to admit, it felt AH-mazing! To top off the good start to my morning, Colin went back to sleep right after having breakfast so I didn't have to fight him for my brush while getting ready for work!
I didn't eat so well today: Casserole and a Toaster Strudel for breakfast, half a hot dog and small bag of Doritos for lunch. Steak, veggies and potatoes for dinner.
I've sworn to myself that I will eat fresh fruits and veggies tomorrow and I will still wake up early to workout. I need to reset my system after this hell-ish week.
I'm off to soak in a hot bubble bath and then paint my toe nails!
