Recently I decided to start a workout DVD swap with some friends. It's a great way to get introduced to new workouts without having to shell out any money (holla!). If you're interested in swapping, let me know!
I swapped a few of my videos for Turbo Jam and Core Rhythms. I'm traveling to Mexico in May so I need to get my abs and legs in shape ASAP! Both videos definitely do an awesome job! I have to say that Turbo Jam is my favorite. It is so much fun! The music rocks and I can actually stand to listen to the instructor speak (sorry Jillian). It can be a little hard to follow but once you get the hang of the moves, it's so easy...plus it's the perfect excuse to shake your booty! I just did Turbo Sculpt which is 40 minutes of squats, lunges and upper body work. I believe I'll be saying 'Hello' to sore muscles in the morning! Totally worth it though.
Core Rhythms is good too - more for sculpting. I don't have the best hips so it kind of hurts to do the moves but I made a promise to myself to not give up on it and try it at least 3 more times. It is definitely a fun workout too.
